This 3-week expedition provided an incredible opportunity to help increase knowledge and understanding of the Innu Nation coastal and marine environments. Aboard the expedition vessel MV Polar Prince, Elders, youth, Guardians, and other community members from the Innu communities of Sheshatshiu and Natuashish, collaborated with researchers, artists, and educators. I was the photographer and the producer on board, overseeing and guiding the media team through capturing the expedition.
